The Buffalo Bills have signed free-agent QB Vince Young to a one-year deal worth $2 million. Young can also receive an additional $1 million in bonuses based on his playing time. Young will compete with Tyler Thigpen for the right to back up Ryan Fitzpatrick in Buffalo. Chan Gaily has a track record with mobile quarterbacks (like Thigpen), but Young isn't expected to threaten Fitzpatrick's starting gig.
