Honestly it's time. Good coach but has not got it done in a long time. Terrible coaching by him this year.Ravens agree to part ways with John Harbaugh

I agree here, but he is so polarizing and he is having more and more issues with players. Philly fans have no patience either, which is silly.Any team that would fire a head coach that won the Super Bowl last year and was a play or two away from winning the year before that is mentally challenged (trying to be PC here).
Meh, not so sure here. He hasn't been all that, and he is locked into the Love choices. I would not be so shocked here.Same goes for Green Bay. If you make that kind of move and you miss on the next hire, going to be ugly.
Harbaugh is overrated (agree with Ravens superfan Beermutts). He did win a Super Bowl mainly because his brother coached possibly the worst game in Super Bowl history. Since then, he has had some amazing talent on both sides of the ball without a return to the big game. I am not one to 100 percent blame coaches for a teams failure, but we are talking coaches here. It's change for the sake of change. I don't follow the Packers so not sure if the culture is bad there, but seems a lot of Ravens players weren't upset about him being fired, so maybe their was a culture issue there.I agree here, but he is so polarizing and he is having more and more issues with players. again, the whole Harbaugh move gives some GMs and owners space IMO.
Oh, sorry, my bad. I thought you were talking Siriani. I am still a Harbaugh fan. I can think of at least 4 of the open jobs that he would immediately make more successful. But I get he seems limited in innovation, especially on offense. He and the team wasted Lamar Jackson's early period.Harbaugh is overrated (agree with Ravens superfan Beermutts). Campbell took a non-entity and made them NFC North champs last year. Yes team fell this year, but he wasn't the WHOLE issue. He does have to stop calling offenses though.LaFleur is 76-40. If GB does decide to fire him, he won't be out of a job long, but my guess is they are not that stupid.
If LaFleur is under fire, then Dan Campbell should be too. He missed the playoffs with a stacked team. Guess Ben Johnson was the brains of that organization.
Sorry, I was talking Siriani. I just brought up Harbaugh as a point in replacing someone like LeFluer. Similar records. Harbaugh did win a Super Bowl but the difference between winning and losing the big game is often not determined by the coaches. In fact, it seldom is.Oh, sorry, my bad. LeFluer is starting to show like a bad baby sitter(to quote Draft Day). He took over for McCarthy, bot them to a Superbowl and then nothing. He is as much a regular season warrior as Harbaugh.
I do agree if he IS let go, he will be in a new job very quickly. Same as Harbaugh.
Ah okay. Yeah he should not be fired yet. But my guess is if things don't calm down and he gets the team more offensively sound, He will have issues next year for sure. Howie isn't all that patient...Sorry, I was talking Siriani. I just brought up Harbaugh as a point in replacing someone like LeFluer. Similar records. Sorry for the confusion.
While that did happen, the take that it helped one team over the other is far fetched. Teams come back all the time. It had nothing to do with the delay. Some even went as far to suggest the NFL turned the lights offIn that brother SuperBowl the Ravens were crushing the 49ers until the lights went out. Then John turned to lets play not to win but to hold on and it almost cost them. ( Not sure why Jim had them throw 3 times to Crabtree down there)
the better team yes but the best player on the field was Flacco. Never said the lights helped one team or the other. I said John went into turtle mode which he does all the timeWhile that did happen, the take that it helped one team over the other is far fetched. Teams come back all the time. Jim's refusal to be aggressive on offense earlier is the reason they were down big early. After the big Gore catch/run to get them down to the 5 at the end of the game, they call a run to LaMichael James and then 3 straight fades despite the fact they had Frank Gore, an excellent OL, Kaepernick wasn't very good at that throw and Ngata was out of the game. Oh yeah, Ray Lewis was old. Run the damn ball. Of course, even if they had scored to take the lead, the Ravens still had time to win it. But still horrible play calling. Should have taken a time out so that Gore could be the ball carrier on 1st down. He was slightly better running inside than LaMichael James
Sf was the better team and Jim F-ed it up.
And he helped the team, by resigning, the team keeps his rights, so if anyone wants to hire him, the Steelers can demand compensation....Per Schefter, Mike Tomlin is stepping down as Head Coach of Pittsburgh
