Wow. Ian Rapoport just AIR’D out all of the drama in Baltimore.
- Harbaugh wanted to “run it back” with the same staff, including DC Zach Orr.
- Lamar Jackson and John Harbaugh were not on the same page, and plenty of other players agreed they didn’t want to play for Harbaugh.
- Even other coach’s were not in line with Harbaugh.
I wonder if they are not trying to poison the well to keep him out of Cleveland?
I will add per Harbaugh's agent - 7 teams reached out within the first 45 mins once this was announced to see if he would coach their team. Which as has been explained today means at least ONE team with an existing HC has reached out.

Dolphins are probably the 7th team.
Was listening to ESPN radio this morning. Miami was the first team they thought as well - which makes sense as McDaniels stated last week he was going to be part of the GM choice process and then walked it back this week that he wasn't.
That being said - the team I am looking at is Carolina. They have young solid talent and the owner is trying to be the next Jerry Jones. Washington is the other team I thought of - they just fired all the coordinators.
Per a source the team has NOT reached out to Harbaugh or his agent. So it is NOT the Dolphins.

Ok even more sugar on this, it’s now reported that Harbaugh will not take interviews until next week. So who do we expect to lose this week in the playoffs???? Steelers? Panthers? Eagles??

I don't disagree, however, I know when the new upper president of the Packers got put in place this year, he stated HC and GM were on the hot seat if they don't do better than in the past. I wonder if an early exit isn't a goodbye ticket in Green Bay.

GBs new president has a choice to make. Extend the current HC who has 1 year left or let him go.
The interesting thing here is the previous GB presidents son represents John Harbaugh.
