MIA - so Profootball talk released a report saying Onwer has been pushing for Watson, now the team is pushing back - saying Onwer does not force decisions - notice please that is NOT a denial, and the Owner doesn't HAVE to force a decision since he OWNS the team.
NO - Saints will practice at TCU this week - expect to be away from NO for about a month per one report
NFL - In the ongoing litigation that is St. Louis vs. NFL/Rams - the Judge has denied the NFL's request to move the trial from St. Louis - stating the NFL and the team called out themselves one of the reasons they moved the team is due to lack of support from local fans. Ouch.

Something that slipped by my eye yesterday, Eagles cut their leading receiver from last season WR Travis Fulgham.

Granted he only had a smidge over 500 yards and 4 tds but still. Lost his spot to JJ Arcega Whiteside

NE - cut Cam, cut Bryan Hoyer and placed Stidham on PUP so he won't be available for first 6 weeks. Can you say no back up Qb?
NYJ - for now Mike White is back up Qb in Jets land
CHI - Bears leave Rb Tarik Cohen on PUP, so he too can't be used until after week 6 at best
NYG - Giants HC Judge stated team is not sure yet if Engram or Barkley will play week 1
PIT - Steelers made cuts - place Josh Dobbs on IR, cut Rbs Jaylen Samuels and Trey Edmunds
PHI - waived Rbs Jordan Howard and Jason Huntley(they only kept 3 Rbs on roster), also waived Fulgham and Hightower at Wr

MIN - cut Everson Griffen DL - but plan is to bring him back - by making roster room by placing Irv Smith Jr on IR and Rb Nwangwu as well on IR to make room for Herndon trade. Irv Smith Jr had knee surgery and expected to miss 4-5 Months - so yeah the Herndon trade makes more sense
NO/GB - will play game in Jacksonville for week 1
