Bengals: $95 million.

Cowboys: $121 million.
Broncos: $107 million.
Lions: $85 million.
Packers: $95 million.
Texans: $101 million.
Colts: $128 million.
Jaguars: $110 million.
Chiefs: $86 million.
Dolphins: $101 million.
Vikings: $105 million.
Patriots: $119 millon.
Saints: $130 million.
Giants: $112 million.
Jets: $125 million.

Several teams are in some serious cap trouble: Dallas, Indy, New Orleans, NYJ (Favre's retirement cuts a good chunk off this), Washington, New England. All of these teams are within 5 mil of the cap number or over the cap number.

Cap fir this year is $124 million. I believe they are reporting a $13 million savings for NYJ for Favre's retirement.
