NFL suspended Vikings WR Jordan Addison for the first three games of the 2025 regular season for violating the league’s Substances of Abuse Policy.

Addison now will miss games at Chicago, vs. the Falcons and vs. the Bengals.

I feel like the NFL is just kicking the can long enough where they can say 2 or 3 years is too long to then hand down a heavy suspension. He may get 4 max but I could see it reduced to 2 or 3 on appeal

That’s just BS, he was hit and run and evidence of drugs in the car. He gets less than 6 games and I may sue the NFL

Yeah, this should be a full year. Optics are horrible and everything is on video. Plus, you don’t bolt unless you are drunk/high in that situation. Also, they seemed very intent on grabbing those bags 👌
 
NFL and ESPN have entered into a non-binding agreement for ESPN to control the NFL Network, NFL Fantasy and some other NFL networking, for a 10% stake in ESPN ownership. Still has to be finalized be agreed to by owners and have FCC agree as well.

NFL and ESPN have also agreed to extend ESPN rights to the draft

So with ESPN acquiring the NFL Network and Redzone, it was announced this morning that they will also aquire the rights for WWE Premium Live Events (ppvs) and that ESPN will launch a streaming service on August 21 with a $29.99 per month price point that features all espn networks, ESPN on ABC broadcasts and other unnamed content.

I'd imagine we will be getting an announcement that Redzone will be on this service soon as well.

Just a matter of the timing. The WWE deal doesn't kick in until Early 2026.
