Should I waste my Waiver number on a kicker this week or hold off in case of injuries. Im considering picking up Hartley and dropping Tynes. Im sure he will be grabbed the team in first place has Carney.

Kickers are such a crap-shoot, I wouldn't waste a waiver move on one. More than likely, Hartley will be available after the waivers go through. Grab him off FA, use your waiver position on something you may need better.

Although its worth pointing out that Tynes is the #3 kicker for fantasy points.
