League #1: The key here is 6 teams....assuming the starting line-ups are somewhat normal here are the changes I would make:
TE: With only 6 starting TE's each week there is no need to roster 3. Gates needs to go. Davis is a solid starting option for you and Thomas has upside, so you can argue in keeping 2, but I would likely try to pick 1 in the next couple weeks and let the other go. Unless some are hoarding TE's, I would think at anytime there will be decent options available on the wire.
WR: I like Wallace over Austin. I would dump Gates and pick up Wallace first, but Austin would be on my short list given the small size of the league.
RB: Moreno sticks out to me there. He has some upside in that offense and the fact that Manning trusts him the most is pass protection will lock him into a role long term. Your RB's are very weak for a 6 team league so i would not cut, only add here. Austin could be cut for him.
**Alternative** If you are high on Austin and want him for his upside, dump Edelman instead. His ceiling is limited by returning weapoins on that offense.

League 2: Mendenhal is the starter and gets goalline looks, I would rather have him than Fred Jackson. That is the only change that jumped out at me there.
