Wes Welker what is his value in a PPR League

Well if any of you have looked at some of my threads I play in a league with some odd scoring so we kinda have PPR (its really 1 point per 3 receptions) but what I want to know is what kind of value do you place on Welker with Brady being back?

If you can start 3 Wr is he more valuable then players like Ronnie Brown, Piere Thomas and Ryan Grant?

Yes he is. Bank on 100 catches 1000 yards and 6 TDs.

I like Welker almost a full round higher than where he would go in a standard scoring league when PPR is in the equation. Maybe early 4th to early 3rd?
He's as close to a fringe WR1 as you can get in that format.

Is TJ Housh as valuable as Welker?

Not anymore. T.J. usually goes about a round later in PPR drafts.
