Wallace to the Browns?

The Steelers are very unlikely to keep Mike Wallace next season and there are reports that he'll be the number one target of the Cleveland Browns. The Browns do not have the best of QB situations and you can expect Wallace's numbers to fall more if he does move to Ohio.

I see wallace as a key target for a lot of WR hungry teams: Miami comes to mind first, Maybe KC, Cleveland, even Cincy who needs a true #2

The Colts have an immense amount of cap space, and Wayne's on his last legs despite his stat line from 2012. What a great fit having Luck throwing deep to Wallace while Hilton, Dwayne Allen, and Fleener are clearing out the underneath zones.

Obviously they need o-line and defense help first and foremost, but like I said, they have the space to do this and it makes ridiculous sense for both the Colts and Wallace.
