Vikings left tackle Bryant McKinnie has been allowed to enter a pretrial diversion program to avoid a trial stemming from his brawl outside a Miami nightclub last February. He will have to do 25 hours of community service, six sessions of counseling for anger issues, and avoid being arrested, according to the Minneapolis Star Tribune. Charges will be dropped if he completes the program.

Quickdraw McGoodell made McKinnie serve a four-game league suspension last season because of the arrest. "But he has not been convicted yet" Qickdraws response "I will do the thinin around here!"
