Recruit, fib to, black mail, buy off. They do something to get the likes of Jonathan Stewart & Haloti Ngata to spend their college years in Skinner's Mudhole. Oregon has a very weak local recruiting base so they have to be creative in their recruiting approach. Their ugly uniforms are really for recruiting purposes, as are the plasma TVs all throughout their athletic facilities.
