N.O., CAR - now that criminal charges are off the table, both Houston and Saints are talking making a move for Watson. Saints still have cap issues though, and last year Panthers wanted Watson but he would not waive his no trade for them.
DAL - if the Cowboys can't trade La'el Collins they may just release him

HOU - reports out that Saints and Panthers have made trade offers, both teams meeting with Watson this week. He does have a no trade clause
