The clean up procedure done on his knee should leave him painfree to start the season. Last year, after every game his knee became swollen and he would barely practice all week and was a constant game time decision. This of course was a constant source of worry to Fantasy Football owners. This year I would suspect you will see something along the line of his being rested Wed and Thurs and practicing on Fridays and declared playable most weeks. Injury free??? Probably not!!! He's not getting any younger and it is a tough life that he leads. But at least fantasy owners this year should find life a little less stressed out being a Brian Westbrook owner.
