Dolphins To Interview Nolan

Broncos and defensive coordinator Mike Nolan part ways. Nolan won't wait long for work -- Miami already planning to interview him.

That's as of an hour ago. Do you guys believe he can revitalize Miami's defense, especially considering that Miami's defensive line is a lot more suited to a 3-4 than Denver's was?

I can. McDaniel's is a bit of a dictator and Nolan doesn't take shit from anybody. Conflict of personalities and they agreed they weren't getting along, so they agreed it would be best if Nolan bounced.

I read about that. Well, he turned the Broncos' defense around. If he gets to Miami, he will improve that defense too. If I remember correctly the Phins were pretty good against the run, but bad against the pass.

Well that didn't take long. Dolphins announced Mike Nolan has been named their defensive coordinator.

Former Giants DC Bill Sheridan has been named inside linebackers coach by the Miami Dolphins.
