Okay, know we have alot of individual threads, but thought I would put this up to kind of drive the rumor talk a little...

So coaching moves and needs:
Jets - Sign GM who was from Mike Maccagnan from Houston and then finalize and sign HC Todd Bowles(former DC from Arizona). Rumor has it they also have signed Chan Gailey as OC for Jets. So still need DC.

Bills - Hire Rex Ryan as HC, and then they pick up Greg Roman(former SF OC) to be their new OC. They will still need a DC though, as current DC has left due to differences in opinion with HC on how defense should be run. Look for Schwartz to get nabbed up very soon though.

Bears - Hire GM a few days ago, and rumor has it they are bringing in John Fox(former HC from Denver) for an urgent interview. Great for them for waiting, but I think they are also waiting on Seattle coordinators.

Atlanta - Rumors are flying they are locked into Dan Quinn DC of Seattle and he wants the job. Will see if that is true or not Feb. 3rd I guess. Other favorite is Teryl Austin DC of Detroit.

Denver - just opened up, but look for them to target Kubiak(who has stated he wants to stay in baltimore) and current OC Gase - who has interviewed in alot of places. Del Rio current DC - looks to be headed to Oakland and not a target of Denver.

Oakland - As stated above, they have talked to alot, but seem to be keen on Del Rio. He has just completed his second interview, but they didn't get a contract signed yet.

San Francisco - They have brought in Adam Gase(current OC Denver) for his second interview and really seem high on him, but now he is a candidate for Denver - and if you are Gase which would you want???

Washington - needs DC and they just interviews Raheem Morris - former HC of Tampa Bay and DB coach in Washington

Pittsburgh - they let DC LeBeau go, and then promote within with Keith Butler - LB coach

Dallas - is ultimate opposite - retaining their HC and DC with new contracts - who'd a thought??

Tampa gets new OC with Dick Koetter - former OC of Atlanta - LOVE this move! May make Vincent, Mike Evans and young Rb core stars!!

Update:
Look for a quick announcement from Oakland, supposedly they are locked and loaded on Del Rio

Washington to announce new DC - Joe Barry (lb coach in SD).

ESPN now reporting Del Rio IS the HC in Oakland. I like the move, if he can get a solid OC, that can further develop Carr, they will be much better off.

So Jets have HC - Bowles, OC - Chan Gailey(not officially announced yet...) and rumor has DC as Kacy Rodgers(former DL coach of Miami).

49ers promoted their D Line coach to HC
Yeah, this one surprised the heck out of me, he was Interim coach before they hired Harbaugh. By all reports Gase OC of denver was a lock there.

Gase isn't even the lead pick in Denver, they have Kubiak and Teryl Austin DC in Detroit as leads by rumor

Dallas re-signs Scott Linehan as passing Coordinator. If Callahan goes elsewhere, he will probably end up OC.

Callahan has said he is going to see what market offers.

Rumor has Teryl Austin DC Detroit as a better candidate for HC in Atlanta, and he is stating he would hire Gase (current OC Denver) as his OC.

that would be a huge pair, and make Atlanta solid!

Giants rehire former DC Steve Spagnuolo as their new DC. He was the DC when they won the superbowl, and then left to take a HC job.

Per PFT, Denver got Kubiak to agree to interview and will do so this weekend, as such Teryl Austin has removed his name from the list, not sure they are linked, but not too long ago Austin was a favorite in Atlanta if they don't wait for Quinn.

Also, per reports Chicago is now negotiating with Fox on the HC position

Last two HC jobs about to be sealed.

Kubiak has either agreed to or will agree to take over as HC in Denver.
By all reports Dan Quinn DC of Seattle will take over in Atlanta once Superbowl is over, Kyle Shanahan supposedly has already been signed to be OC

So, since all but one job is unfilled *cough*Dan Quinn to ATL*cough*, let wrap up with what is.

1) Denver - let Fox go, and sign Kubiak from Baltimore. He still needs to fill out his coaches, but one rumor has QB coach Dennison following him from Balt. to be OC in Denver. Now we wait on Peyton.

2) Chicago - cut Trestman and GM, and replace them with Fox and Ryan Pace as GM. Fox needs his coaches, so far only taking special teams coach with him from Denver.

3) Jets - let Rexy Ryan go, and sign Todd Bowles former DC of Arizona. Big move here, as Bowles has been the hot coordinator for a while. They are supposedly targeting Chan Gailey as OC, but that isn't done yet.

4) Bills - go out and hire Rexy Ryan to take over for "I QUIT" coach D.Marrone. Ryan has OC locked, not sure on DC.

5) Raiders - go out for DC Denver Jack Del Rio - I like this move but alot don't. Folks forget he took a bad franchise in Jacksonville and got them to the playoffs a couple of times. He can continue to fix this defense, while finding a solid OC to groom Carr at Qb.

6) San Francisco - Let Harbaugh go back to College - and sign DL coach Jim Tomsula. This one is a head scratcher to me, but oh well, its their Team. Need a new OC and DC as both left.

7) Atlanta - by all reports Dan Quinn DC of Seattle is a done deal, once superbowl is over, and K.Shanahan will be OC.

Only other keys are Washington STILL has no DC, and Cleveland can't get ANYONE to take OC.

Okay in the category of Kharma is a B!tch! We now have a landing for former HC Doug Marrone - he has become Assistant Coach in Jacksonville taking over OL coach role for Jags. So, you walk away from a head job, to take a non-head job???

Two things to consider here...
1) He knew there was a good shot the new owners would replace him?
2) He was too high on himself and was sure he would get one of the openings?]

From all reports this guy is an ego maniac, so I am betting #2, but then again, he was ticking everyone off, so a combination of 1 and 2 is a great possibility as well.

Joe Barry(former S.D. LB coach) has finally taken the DC job IN DC.

Now moving to the OMG catagory - Cleveland has supposedly requested to interview Mike Martz for their open OC position! Talk about getting desperate for a name....YIKES! All you Cameron owners beware, this man if hired is a TE killer in fantasy football!!

Adam Gase former OC of Denver is now on the short list in Baltimore to replace Kubiak. He has interveiwed in multiple places, and was expected to be the new HC in S.F. Not sure why the delay, or if he is a bad interview. Supposedly he is considered an offensive genius(wonder how much of that is due to P.Manning??).

Gase can't get a job, Trestman hired as OC in Baltimore by reports from PFC.

Mike Smith former HC in Atlanta is expected to get DC in Oakland.

Gailey FINALLY hired by Jets to run offense as OC.
