Coach Ken Whisenhunt said Monday that the Cardinals are making more of an effort to "manage" Beanie Wells' weekly workloads because of his ongoing knee problems. Wells doesn't play on consecutive possessions much because the Cardinals have scaled back his snaps. When the Cards go to a shotgun formation, La'Rod Stephens-Howling and Chester Taylor are the tailbacks. Wells finished Week 11 with just eight carries and no receptions, although that was largely attributable to game flow. Expect him to get far more attempts at St. Louis in Week 12.
