Thurs Nite Football : Panthers @ Steelers

Yeah, this was a HORRIBLE football game. Didnt seem like Pittsburgh really played THAT well. They just bent over Carolina and did what they wanted.
 
Pittsburh really isn't all that good of a team this year. Defensively they are top notch and rise to the challenges esp when Troy plays. Offensivly they are a mess. If Ben wasn't such a beast of a QB, that O-line would have gotten 95% of the other QBs killed. Don't see them going all that far into the playoffs this year. That being said, look who they played last nite and they looked lackluster. Not a good sign. Carolina is a bad team, it should have been blow out and Mendy should have gotten over 100 yds easily, not the 65 or so yds he got. But that comes back to that O-line.
 
They remind me of the Ravens team that won the Super Bowl. Stellar defense. Offense thats getting by.
 
Good assessement. They do resemble them. Don't really think a stellar D will be enough this to win it all. Right now i like the chances of a Baltimore/Atlanta SB.
