ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the Indianapolis Colts are relinquishing the rights to five RFAs: RB Mike Hart, TE Gijon Robinson, TE Tom Santi, DB Jamie Silva and DB Mike Richardson.

I wouldnt say he is safe to draft, I could see the Colts cutting him or trading him at some point, and he is injury prone.

Addai will be serviceable for a few games. He's great in pass protection and Manning trusts him...that's really all that matters.

I like Addai at a reduced cost. Colts are clinging to their history making past and Manning, Wayne, Clark and Addai will still be counted on this year.

...now whether they survive or not is another issue.
