Which does have some effect on what charges can be lobbied.

Well, looks like LeSean McCoy will not be charged by police in his bar fight - but could still face NFL punishment - I doubt it though

Warrents for arrest have now been issues for Trey Mason. He was arrested a month ago for speeding, possession of Marijuana and resisting arrest, his arraignment came and he didn't show. Looks not good for Mr. Mason.
