I sincerely hope RC is right. Having Uncapped teams will make 10 or less teams dominant. 1 or 2 will be super powers. The other 20 or so teams will struggle, and struggle forever. The Oakland A's are an excellent example. Look at the dominant farm system they have had these last 10 years...
