Thats quite a bold statement to say players liked him. There were a lot of reports that he clashed with many of the assistant coaches (including that fist fight); and there are reports a lot of players played for the OTHER coaches; not for Cable. Plus he has tons of off field issues with abuse...

Im with you Miller!! Raiders have a good team; are on the rise in terms of talent, but Cable is not the guy to get us there in my eyes either. We had a few times this season where there was a HUGE game for us, a chance for us to be relevant, and frankly, the raiders did NOT get it done...
