    Tom Brady......

I remember Indy saying how peachy Manning's recovery was going as well. They've let Cassell go, what else would they say? He could missing a leg and they'd say the same thing.

    Rebound for Grant??

Grant is a very tough call. I watched him for 4 years at ND. He was never anything special and mostly played second fiddle to Darius Walker. I was shocked as hell to see him work in the offseason following his injury and even more shocked to see him play as well as he did 2 years ago. I'm sure...

    Kelley Washington is a Raven

We'll have to agree to disagree. You're saying he's had chances and I'm saying he hasn't. There are players throughout the league who are very good and never get a real shot for no other reason than the coach may not have noticed him. Ryan Grant could've easily been one of those guys. Hell, Tom...

    Kelley Washington is a Raven

Games behind who? Ocho stinko, Housh, Henry. I don't believe Washington to be a superstar, but I was just saying he hasn't been given a lot of opportunity. Expecting him to unseat the existing Cinci WRs or the NE WRs isn't a realistic chance. This is his first chance to move into a team that...

    Kelley Washington is a Raven

Why is everyone so down on Washington? He's never really ever been given a chance to prove himself.

    Fantasy RBs #11-20 from ExperiencedRookie.com

Moreno could make this list and maybe even top 10 if he continues to impress coaches and earns the starting gig right from the git go.

    Fantasy RBs #1-10 from ExperiencedRookie.com

My biggest question about MJD revolves around the addition of Jennings. They didn't draft him until the 7th (which was a steal) so they don't have alot invested in him which means you could make the arguement that he won't get much of a chance. However, many draft boards had him as the 5th best...

    Thoughts on RB's post draft

Am I missing something? How in the hell can this be a comeback year for Gore and the 9ers and how will there be pressure taken off of Gore? Is Crabtreee going to throw the ball to himself? No QB means just as much pressure on the running game as last year. Coffee won't split carries with Gore...

Which rookie WR's do you like this year?

What about Collie? Indy wants to keep Gonzo in the slot if possible.

    Thoughts on RB's post draft

I don't know if I'd call MJD a winner yet. Jennings is a huge back and even though he was taken in the 7th, he could steal some goal line opportunities from MJD. Preseason will definitely tell the tale.

    The Brady Rule

    Nope.....Carson Palmer.

Was Fitzgerald's playoff performance the best ever?

I agree on best WR performance. I'll have to think for while before I say best performance regardless of position, but I'm struggling to come up with a player at any position that has dominated a playoff the way Fitz did. I'll call him SuperFitz. I own him in my keeper league.:thrash:

2/1/09 - Super Bowl XLIII - Arizona Cardinals vs Pittsburgh Steelers

I haven't read every page of this, but the several I did read talk about Harrison's TD, the refs screwing over the Cards, and now Fitz not taking a knee. My biggest issue with this superbowl was the strategy of the Cards. #1 Gandy blocking Harrison 1 on 1 the whole game. Wow! #2 and most...

Raiders Fans - Draft Trade Question

I'd love to know if this has merit as well. Bush deserves a chance to run and he'll never get that in Oakland. Didn't San Diego try to trade for Bush mid season and Oakland backed out. I'd rather have him in San Diego, but Seattle would work as well.

Peyton Manning is the 2008 NFL MVP

Every other record breaker has won the MVP if it was a significant record. Rushing TDs (Alexander and Tomlinson), Passing TDs (Manning and Brady). You made my point for me. He only got NO votes, because he didn't throw for an extra 16 yards.

Peyton Manning is the 2008 NFL MVP

Again folks, I'm not asking if he would be worthy of the MVP in your opinion or mine. I'm asking if he would've won it. I think he would have and I also think that it shows the ignorance of the voters. If he doesn't break the record he gets zero votes, if he gets 16 more yards he wins the MVP.

Peyton Manning is the 2008 NFL MVP

Maybe, but if Brees completes that last pass don't you think he wins the MVP hands down? I'm not saying I agree or you agree that he deserves it, I'm asking, don't you think he would've won. If so, how do you justify not giving it to him for 16 less yards.

Peyton Manning is the 2008 NFL MVP

I'm a little late to this party, but I'll throw my .02 cents worth in. Nearly everyone on here knows what a huge Colts fan I am and have been even when they were in Baltimore. Peyton Manning played very well and came through in the 4th quarter every week in the second half of the season. Peyton...
