I also think that Tolbert can be a starter for another team. I'd like to see him in Detroit. The Lions need a legitimate full workload running back who can run between the tackles. The Chargers would probably have to overpay in order to keep Tolbert.

I have noticed the slow decline and thought that Garcon would take over for Wayne as he took over for Harrison. But with all the drops this year, I'm not sure Garcon is a true replacement.

I think Seattle has to give him a 2-3 year contract. He ran well last year behind that o-line.
