Jacksonville – Jacksonville signed Tra Thomas at OT and Brad Meester at OC to help their line. Your first round pick of Maulauga makes sense because Mike Peterson left for Atlanta. Jared Cook was a terrible selection given the needs at CB, DT, depth at OT, and a #1 WR. Xavier Fulton could be a...

Cincy – I love the BJ Raji pick. Sure they have needs at DE, and LB, but I think they got a perennial Pro Bowler with Raji to anchor the Lewis defense. I like the William Beatty pick as he continues to impress and slowly rise up draft boards. I think he is the last of the top tier OT left on...

Cleveland – I really think that the first pick was a stretch in getting Beanie Wells. After some time, and seeing his pro day, I think he pushed himself back into the top 10. Jamal Lewis is long in the tooth and I can say now this was a better selection that I initially cared for. I still...

Seattle – I love the Jason Smith pick, and I think it will be one that will solidify that line for the next 10 years. The addition of Houshmandzadeh will definitely aid the offense. I like the selection of Louis Delmas at safety and I think the selection of Eric Wood was a great get. Both are...

Detroit – I love Aaron Curry pick. With the Julian Peterson trade and a young Ernie Sims, the Lions now have as formidable a linebacking corps as any team in the NFC. Great selection. Then to turn and get one of the best blocking tackles in the draft in Michael Oher, the Lions hit two...

I'm going to start to issue my grades for each team as they finish their 4 rounds. Feel free to discuss, dispute, agree, or anything on the grades I give!

You're not the first person that I've seen say this and I think they are both quality backs. I think Brown has alot more upside, but I think Jennings is right now the better back. My critiques: Kansas City - While I think Kyle Moore could end being a productive rotational DE, I think...

Mods... Made the Cleveland pick as requested

As requested by the mods, I make the selection for the Browns. Cleveland selects Chip Vaughn, SS, Wake Forest

Atlanta - I really dont care for the Cody Brown selection that much. First, if you're looking OLB, there is another Big East OLB that is much more productive and has played all three positions. Not saying that Brown isnt a decent LB prospect, but I think you'd have gotten more value out of...

If we could do at least 5 rounds, that would be great. But if not, lets start a full 7 rounder after this since some of the trades and FA signees have definitely altered strategies. I know the Rosenfels trade for a 4th rounder altered my plans because I dont think i realized it was fourth this...

New York Giants select...Chase Coffman, TE, Missouri

Miami - I like the Asher Allen pick. You already got the Alphonso Smith selection to give you a starter and Allen adds nice depth. There is only one guy I really like ahead of Allen here, and he's kind of an unknown at this point unless you really get into this! LOL. Allen has return...

I agree WesDawg. I think he gets far too many man crushes and gets stubborn on teams that should select a certain kid. But he does have some pretty good critiques. What I like the most is while he doesnt nail down the team needs, he seems to have a good idea on what kind of draft...

My list isnt in order of preference! Just the various sources I use. Some more than others.

I dont know that I list one thing over another but here are the various sources I look at: 1. Mel Kiper - The guy is the Yoda of the draft. 2. ESPN NFL Draft Insider 3. WalterFootball.com 4. Scout.com 5. ProFootballWeekly 6. Todd McShay 7. Scott Wright's Draft Countdown website 8...

Nevermind...Baltimore made his selection looks like :D

Baltimore's time is up....can a mod make a selection for him?

Because he's probably a late second or early third round talent that grades out from all the experts as a fourth rounder. The disparity seems to me to be that some question him, and I think he is one of those players that his grade should be higher than it is, thus under the radar. I guess I...

Oh dont get me wrong, Lambert will not be a pure starting corner, but I think he could make a great nickel back. 5th to 6th rounder. Better than his initial projection as an undrafted FA.
