NFL News, Rumors, In/Out - week 10

Dallas Cowboys announced DE Marshawn Kneeland has passed away. He was 24.

He was the one that just scored the touchdown off the block punt Monday for his first career TD

I hate Dallas as much as anyone but this sucks. He was just a kid. RIP

ESPN and Penn Entertainment are ending their sports betting partnership.

After signing a 10-year, $2 billion deal in 2023, ESPN Bet will officially shut down next month (with eight years left of the initial agreement).

Also, DraftKings is now the official gambling site of ESPN.

Unfortunate update ..

According to Frisco (Texas) Police, the department responded to assist the Texas Department of Public Safety with locating a vehicle that evaded troopers during a pursuit that entered the city at approximately 10:39 p.m. CT Wednesday.

DPS troopers found Kneeland's vehicle crashed on southbound Dallas Parkway near Warren Parkway. According to the report, Kneeland fled the scene on foot and officers searched the area with help from K-9 and drone units.

Approximately three hours later, Kneeland was found with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. During the course of the search, officers received information that Kneeland "expressed suicidal ideations," according to the report.

His GF, his agent, and the NFL all contacted police to try and help him. He was texting family members goodbye and they ended up finding him in a port a potty.

From someone who still struggles with thoughts of taking the same road, once his mental health broke that was it. Just wish he would have asked for help ya know?

Antonio Brown is under arrest and back in the United States ... about six months after the former NFL superstar was accused of trying to shoot and kill a man at an Adin Ross boxing event in Florida.

TMZ Sports is told 37-year-old AB was extradited this week, with United Arab Emirates authorities shipping the retired wideout back to the States from Dubai, where he was allegedly attempting to evade the reach of the American legal system.

We're told Brown was accompanied by federal agents to the New York Metropolitan Area, where he was turned over to local police. He is scheduled to be sent back to South Florida, where the incident went down.
