What really gets me is the blatant stupidity. Do they not realize if our founding fathers had not seized independence they could not talk as they do???
Nor do they not recognize how Adams, Jefferson, Franklin and others of the north fought THEN to end slavery???

No financials released yet but rumor says its tied to a percentage of the salary cap.

Cap goes up, more he makes.

The 10-year contract extension signed by Mahomes on Monday is reportedly worth over $400 million, ESPN.com reports.
With that, Mahomes, who was the 2018 NFL MVP, is under contract with the Chiefs through the 2031 season, while the exact parameters and cap ramifications of his lucrative extension have yet to be outlined. In any case, the 2017 first-rounder, who turns 25 in September, is now slated to remain the face of his team's franchise for years to come. After two full seasons as a pro starter, the Super Bowl LIV MVP has established himself as one of the league's top players, in both real and fantasy terms.

Apparantly now, if all incentives are reached, its 503 million.

Which to reach that number means winning MVP and the Super Bowl every year

NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports there remains "no decisions" on how to structure training camps this summer.

Pelissero also reports camps "should" still begin on July 28. "Should" is the most modest of hedges, but it is still notable after a summer of zero hedging. Pelissero expects a "fight" with the NFLPA over how camp and the preseason will be organized. Worried about catching COVID-19, players are pushing for zero preseason games and smaller rosters. Compared to North America's other major sports leagues, the NFL has had a charmed pandemic offseason, but that is slowly changing as the reality of one difficult decision after another sets in. 22 days isn't much time to solve a host of vexing problems.

I am of the belief, this season won't happen. Baseball will start and then end. Not sure MSL or NBA will ever start.

I also believe all fall sports - both HS and college will be delayed or cancelled.

Sadly.

High school and college football I think you are right. The NFL will get a season going but for how long is anyone's guess. That's my thinking anyway.
