(KFFL) Clarence E. Hill Jr., of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, reports Dallas Cowboys WR Roy Williams arrived at the team's offseason workout program Monday, March 29, humbled and motivated following a poor 2009 campaign. "My biggest disappointment is not being able to help the team," Williams said. "I felt like I didn't do anything last year. I dropped balls and what not. I didn't think my name would be on top of the drop list ever in my life. It was a humbling experience. It showed me I better get my life together."

Sun-kissed & restless
If RB Tashard Choice got more attention than I did last year, I'd be motivated to be publicly humbled too. Roy's all bark and no bite. And it's a squirmy bark at that..... thus far.
