    Time for another quick update:
Per some sources - Qb Haskins is dropping - no one really knows why, some I guess question his experience...... could be #4 Qb drafted per a few sites
Cardinals are playing with folks - their website is saying Qb need is low.....I really wonder if they draft Murray or not
Andy Dalton is saying how fresh and new things are with the new HC - I wonder if Haskins were to fall low enough.......
Eagles sign AAF Qb Luis Perez - they only have Carson Wentz under contract, but they did tender Nate Sudfeld.
Uh oh - Stephen Jones has told folks the Dak Prescott contract extension has to be team friendly.....yeah that will go over well....
Chiefs have signed Lb Jeremiah Attaochu
recently re-signed DE DeMarcus Lawrence expects to miss pre-season after his shoulder surgery

Jack Del Rio former HC of Jacksonville and Oakland is trying to make a name for hinself on NFL network - he stated - "don't be surprised if Russell Wilson isn't quarterbacking somewhere else next year, and Seattle gets a new Qb for the future" - His contract will be very costly if they have to tag him like Cousins
Lions sign Tom Savage to compete for the #2 job
    K Stephen Gostkowski re-signed with N. E.

So evidently at some time earlier in this off season, N.E. was looking to do a trade with NYG for Sterling Shepard - but instead Giants just extended him 4 years
Raiders GM insists Derek Carr is a franchise Qb - But...... they are still doing due diligence to see if on out there gives more - wow....mixed message king!
Atlanta still wants to work on the trenches and focus on DL help in draft - and OL help as well
Sean Payton is thrilled to have the same Qb room this year - Brees, then Bridgewater and Taysom Hill
Some are speculating the Cardinals are already negotiating a contract with Murray - Agent has ONLY gone on one team visit - that was Arizona
Sean Payton also addressed the rumors he is headed to Dallas next year - I have Fluer de lis tatoos that don't come off - HUH??? - he did say his plan is to stay in N.O.
Jacksonville Rb Leonard Fournette was arrested for driving on a suspended licence..... the news just gets worse in Jacksonville...
Broncos have no interest in Josh Rosen per some reports
Marshall Yanda OL Baltimore got a one year extension

I'm glad to see Johnson get a second chance. I never understood what happened to him with the Vikings. He seemed to offer so much promise.

Vikes now have about 30M tied up in their 2 WRs the next 2 years. Good ones but a lot of $ for that spot.

Plus 30 million plus for their QB.

    Interesting stories from PFT today.....
supposedly per Tyrann Mathieu - Russell Wilson WANTS to go to NY and play once he becomes an FA - only issue with that is the fact that Seattle can pull a washington and just keep tagging him.
David Johnson Rb Arizona is trying to target 1000 rush and 100o receiving yards this year.....
Andy Dalton's thumb is all clear - will be in camp no issues
Cb Jalen Mills got into a fight with NBA player Devin Robinson - that sent Robinson to the hospital. still being investigated by Eagles
Reuben Foster will be only fined by NFL, not suspended for the issues that got him released from San Fran -looks like he could play this year for Washington
Alabama QB says he is fine with 3 year rule, but he would probably have gone pro if it was not in place
Ertz and Philly have redone his deal to make more cap room for Philly - moving $7+ million in salary to a bonus
S Patrick Chung has agreed to a one year extension with N.E.
Joey Bosa and Melvin Gordon are changing their numbers this year back to their former college numbers. Bosa will go from 99 to 97, Gordon will go from 28 t0 25
Rumor of a saturday triple header weekend before Christmas - still no official schedule though
Jets sign Ty Montgomery Rb - and looks like they will not bring back Bilal Powell

So there seems to be a whole lot of confusion at the top of the draft this year.....
    1) Arizona - first it was sure they were going Bosa, then they were going Murray, now per multiple reports there is a split on who to take, or even trade down....
    2) Oakland - they LOVE Carr, he is a Franchise QB....but.... now rumors are flying they make a deal to move up...to Arizona due to all the picks they have this and next year.
Rumors are now flying again with Seattle - first Frank Clark Lb is supposedly moving...but more Russell Wilson is actually supposedly locked on today getting a new Contract or he will not EVER re-sign long term in seattle - so looking at Cousins FT over an over again. So will they trade Wilson??

Per Andy Reid - no new news on Tyreek Hill Wr
Seattle folded under the pressure and have extended Russell Wilson Qb to a new 4 year $140 million dollar deal - $35 million per year
Carson Wentz is still having some issues with his back.....
Suddenly the Raiders are NOT looking to draft a Qb in the first round now.....even though they have met with the top three....
Rams are not expecting to have Cooper Kupp back until the season opener ..... hmmm.....

New England has signed Wr Demaryius Thomas - another reclamation process?
Former TE Zach Miller Chi - has formally announced he is retiring and not going to come back from that horrific injury
Arizona still says they don't know what they will do with the first pick - I actually would not be totally surprised here if this was the case
Dalvin Cook promises to "get back to being me" this year......
Tampa Bay is avoiding talking about trading away DT Gerald McCoy - yeah why talk when everyone knows what you want
DT Fletcher Cox of Philly will be out til Camp - coming back from foot surgery
Antonio Brown settled out of court on the case where he threw furniture out a balcony and almost hit a child - NFL still could punish, but not sure if they will
Jags won't touch Fournette for his driving on an expired liscence charge and speeding ticket - big surprise here.....

The KC vs. Chargers game could be very important. Hopefully they actually get to play it in Mexico, on a decent field.

Official NFL 2019 season schedule has been released....and a couple teams got royally screwed.
Oakland and Tampa Bay go 7 weeks between home games - byes, and games out of country being counted as "home" games makes this really questionable
San Diego is next - with 6 weeks between home games
Eagles play 3 away games in a row, after playing 3 home games in a row.
Key games come when LeVeon Bell gets to face Pittsburgh and Giants get to face OBJ vs. Cleveland
Tough season this year for some....
Cowboys are looking for RB #2 in draft as Rod Smith is gone in FA
Jimmy G is throwing now in San Fran - looks like no issues with knee injury come back
Cam still has no time table to start throwing post his shoulder surgery....This is going to be more of an issue than most think IMO.
AAF has officially folded, as they have filed chapter 7 bankruptcy.

Saints open with 4 tough ones and I'd be happy to go 2-2.

Houston comes to the big Easy.

West coast to face the Rams on a short week after opening on MNF.

Another west coast trip to SeaHawks this time.

    Cowboys come calling.

Then we travel to the Bears.

Four prime time games with only nine games at our usual 12 PM start time.
