With starting safety Sean Jones leaving for the Eagles, the Cleveland Browns have secured a possible replacement.
The team has signed safety Mike Adams, an unrestricted free agent who played the past two seasons with the Browns, to a three-year contract.

When one of the Browns Free Agent Safeties was signed by the Eagles the Browns quickly signed up the other. He was the Browns third Safety rotating in and out but did have 5 starts last year. The Browns are hoping he is ready to step up and fill Jones shoes.
