Weather in week 14 worth noting

Colts @ Bills: 22 degrees, 15 + mph winds and snow flurries throughout the game. Well you probably aren't starting these QB's anyway.

Packers @ Browns: 30 degrees, 19 mph winds. All receivers & QB's in this contest are scary with the winds.
