I am not a Rex Ryan fan, never have been, loved his Dad, but not him.
That being said, I like a whole lot what Buffalo has done here.
Yes, the have Qb issues, but they weren't going to get one of the two top Qbs, so instead the did the smart thing...
First they have added offensive weapons, for whoever will be the future Qb - they traded for McCoy, Got Harvin(yes not that dependable, but he isn't the #1 anyway) they have young Wr core with Woods and Watkins and they got a very good Te in Charles Clay. They still have Rb depth with Fred Jackson and Brown and Dixon.
They have also tried to fix the O-line, which will be a goal in the draft as well - with Incognito at G and some other additions.
they kept the depth on the D-line by re-signing Hughes, and the LB loss is minimal as they had solid depth there. Only real issue is at S where they lost Searcy.
All in all, they may not be a top team this year, but if they can fix the Qb solution they have all the tools to be a top flight team with one really dominant Defense and solid off. tools.
